South Brevard Water CO-Op, Inc. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Bills for water service are sent out bi-monthly in: January, March, May, July, September, and November. Payment is the responsibility of the owner, however, bills may be sent to and paid by a renter/tenant. The water bill consists of a base charge of $38.00 for the two months plus a usage charge of $6.75 per 1,000 gallons of water used. The last billing increase was in 2014 when the base charge was raised by $2.00 to $38.00 per billing period. Credit card payments can be processed from our web site through a secured third party for a fee of $3.00 per #100.00. A new online credit card paying option is being evaluated.

Pay Your Bill Online
Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay our bill 24/7. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover. Members must first register to access the ONLINE BILL PAY function. When completing the registration screen use sbwc951 for the municipality code. Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. Payment drop off location is located at:

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
