NOTICE
The South Brevard Water Co-Op (SBWCOP) was funded and developed by Sunnyland residents to provide Potable water to Sunnyland Beach and the adjacent areas. We officially filed our Articles of Incorporation on October 21, 1987.
The St. Johns River Water Management District will only allow us to withdraw a specific amount of water from the underground aquifer each year. We are approaching that limit and can only approve hooks ups to our distribution system for the following roads with empty lots directly within the Sunnyland Beach area:
Arrowhead Lane
Beverly Court
Hiawatha Way
Mohican Way
Nikomas Way
Stuart Avenue
