The South Brevard Water Co-Op (SBWCOP) was funded and developed
by Sunnyland residents to provide Potable water to Sunnyland Beach and
the adjacent areas. We ocially filed our Articles of Incorporation on
October 21, 1987.
The Saint Johns River Water Management District will only allow us to
withdraw a specific amount of water from the underground aquifer each
year. We are approaching that limit and can only approve hook ups to our
distribution system for the following roads with empty lots directly within
the Sunnyland Beach area:
Arrowhead Lane, Beverly Court, Hiawatha Way, Mohican Way,
Nikomas Way and Stuart Avenue
