It was a devasting blow to learn of the recent passing of Ray Masteri, plant manager of the South Brevard Water CO-OP. Ray had been involved with the CO-OP since its inception nearly twenty-five years. He served as site consultant during plant construction and equipment installation.  Over the last fifteen years he oversaw the total operation as plant manager. His management skills and technical expertise will be sorely missed as a lot of knowledge left with his departure. Mr. Masteri was an outstanding individual and a superb administrator.

On behave of the South Brevard Water CO-OP members, the Board of Directors would like to extent to the Ray Masteri family our deepest sentiment of sympathy and condolence. Ray will be missed but he will never be forgotten.
